03Account & Registration

Each person may register only one account on clu99. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, national ID, or device is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration — including your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and address. Providing incorrect details may cause issues when processing withdrawals.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. clu99 will never ask for your password via email or phone. You are responsible for any activity that takes place on your account if others are given access.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• Operating an account under another person's identity is not permitted.
• Clu99 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits at clu99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are typically processed within 1–5 minutes.

To make a withdrawal, your clu99 account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 6–24 hours.

In cases of suspected suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity, clu99 may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification. It is the user's responsibility to cooperate fully in such cases.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be sent to another person's mobile number.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Clu99's bonus program includes a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own validity period and wagering requirements.

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, with a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus, you would need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Clu99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Clu99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if suspicious bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will be cancelled.

06Betting Rules

There are a few key rules to follow for Sports Betting and gaming on clu99. Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final — no bet may be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

Minimum bet amounts vary by market and event, but generally start from ৳50. Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and are displayed on the betslip.

• Clu99 is not obligated to accept bets at previous odds if odds have changed.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, clu99 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• The cash-out feature may not be available for all events.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on clu99. Violations will result in account termination and may lead to legal action where necessary:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Any activity conducted for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization, or engaging in any form of hacking.
• Hacking, scraping, or manipulating the platform's software or algorithms.
• Using clu99 for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Opening an account using a false identity or stolen personal information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

08Responsible Gaming
